When your pet stays with us at Plano’s 4 Paws Inn, you must provide the following items:

Required Items:

• Current Vaccination Records (if we don’t have them on file). Your pet needs to be current on the following vaccinations:
• DHLPP+C (Parvo Booster)
• RABIES
• BORDETELLA (Kennel Cough)

• Your Veterinarian may fax records to 972-964-2312.
• Please note that vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours before boarding.

• Medications if your pet is currently requiring any, and current dosing instructions.

Optional Items You May Bring:

• FOOD: You can bring the whole bag, or a plastic food container, or ziplock bags full of dog food. You may also bring canned food, or home cooked food...and of course lots of TREATS!
• Additional Bedding/blankets/rugs etc...
• Pet Porter/Cage - we can put it in the run if your dog is used to sleeping in his/her own cage. Of course we will leave the cage door open for your dog to walk about the run.
• Toys

What we at Plano's 4 Paws Inn Provides:

• FOOD: For an additional $1.00 per day, per dog.
• Stainless Steel Food and Water Bowls.
• Blankets, towels, sheets.
